Our project was off to a great start (I believe that we were in the lead), but in the end the annoying problem of fine tuning the readings for all the different marbles killed us. We probably spent most of our time trying to fix that, and in the end we weren't able to, after trying different potential solutions.
Below is one of our original ideas for our project. While we didn't completely go with it, it was what our main project was most based on:

In the end, we realized that our project had no fix that we knew of, so in the last 15 minutes of build time we tried to come up with a quick new project. It wasn't programmed, but it would have worked if programmed. Not having enough time is what made us fail here:
In the end, because of our project's failure, the only achievement we managed to get was "Use one motor"
